We get some intel into what it’s like to be the PIC for one of the best in the biz right now, get into the weeds on some gear head talk, share some stories from within the races, and even get into some conversation on rider safety, especially in the world of gravel racing. 
 
Speaking of rider safety, I want to take a moment to send some get well wishes to fellow cyclist, coach, podcaster, and family man, Derek Teel aka @DialedHealth, who was victim of a hit and run accident two weeks ago while riding his bike which left him in a pretty bad way. Thank God he survived but he’s got a long road to recovery ahead. So we wish you well Derek and to everyone else stay safe on those bicycles because it’s the Wild Wild West out there on the streets these days. I wish I could say these types of accidents are becoming less frequent as more riders turn to dirt, however, it just doesn’t seem to be the case.
