We had a big weekend of racing to cover with the third round of the Life Time Grand Prix taking place at Crusher in the Tushar, as well as US mountain bike nationals in Pennsylvania, so we decided to rally a guest for the show to give us some of the inside scoop from inside the ropes at mountain bike nats. Carson Beckett, aka the random east coaster, shares his race stories from the XC and STXC races, while Dylan tells us about his race at Crusher, with loads of listener questions and bonus content coming in the second half of the show.
